Migration as a Factor of Regional Ethnic Policy in Siberian Federal District

The article deals with the conceptual issues of migration regional policy in the Siberian Federal District. The main challenges of the study are uncovered in the context of federal policy; regional speciёcity of national policy is indicated. The myths related to migration processes and the reality associated with the economy of modern Russia and its urgent needs for migrant workers are considered.
